Toowoomba Road Runners (TRR) is an informal group of social runners that has an ethos of having fun and keeping fit. TRR provide opportunities to exercise all year round and caters for all categories of runner, whether fast, slow or just a jogger. We encourage all interested runners or joggers to join our regular social runs on Wednesdays at 5.30pm at the barbecue area just south of the Mother’s Memorial on Burstow Street and on Mondays and Fridays at 5:30pm at Middle Ridge Park on Stenner St. There are also weekly runs on Sunday mornings at various locations around Toowoomba, please refer to the Club Calendar for times and locations. Other runs are coordinated between members on a regular basis.

TRR also conduct three major events each year – the King & Queen of the Range in July, the Ridge 2 Ridge Half Marathon (including 10/5km events) in September and the Toowoomba Marathon (including half marathon & 10km) in October. The Club also offers a series of cross country running events for Toowoomba schools during the calendar year and proudly supports other local events, including the Highfields Community Fun Run.

Profits from the three major events put on by the TRR are donated to local charities with the primary beneficiary being the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation.

Membership is $25 per annum for singles and $30 per family but we encourage you to join us for a run and try before you buy!
